Tomato Pesto Ciabatta

Ingredients:
1 loaf / 300 g Ciabatta, cut in half lengthwise
100 g Pesto
2 pc Tomatoes, sliced
1 pc Onion, cut into rings
20 pcs Olives, sliced
200 g Shredded Emmental or Mozzarella cheese
Dry oregano or parsley
Cooking methods:
Preheat oven to 200C/400F. Place bread, cut-side up, on baking sheet. Spread bread halves evenly with pesto, top with remaining ingredients.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheeses are melted. Cut each bread piece into 3 or 4 slices. Serve warm.
