Stir-Fried Chicken With Hoi Sin Sauce

Ingredients:
200 g Chicen breast, skinned and sliced
40 g Bellpepper
35 g Hoisin paste
1 stalk Spring onion
30 ml Chicken stock or water
Some corn starch mixture
Marinade:
3 g Chicken Powder
10 g Garlic, chopped finely
15 g Shallot, chopped finely
3 g Ginger, chopped finely
¾ tsp Sesame oil
Cooking methods:
Marinate the sliced chicken with the marinade ingredients for 1 hour in a mixing bowl.
Heat some oil in a wok over high heat, stir fry the marinated chicken for a few seconds. Remove, strain and keep aside.
Heat oil in a wok, add in bellpepper and hoisin paste. Stir well and add sliced chicken meat and chicken stock.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute. Thicken it with corn starch mixture until a smooth texture is achieved. Dish out and servce immediately.
