Tasty Roast Chicken Liver

Ingredients:
750g Chicken Liver
1 cup Maltose (some water added)
Marinade:
1 tsp Minced Shallot
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Ginger Juice
1 tbsp Chinese Rose Wine
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Ground Bean Paste
1 tbsp Sesame Paste
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Red Food Coloring Powder, dissolved in water
Cooking methods:
Remove the fat of the chicken liver, wash and drain. Then marinate for 40 minutes.
Thread the liver onto a long skewer. Roast in a preheated oven or grill for about 40 minutes; take out and brush on with maltose water, then roast for 5 more minutes. Serve.
