Almond Ice Cream

In chinese food, this dessert is very popular
Ingredients:
100 g Almonds powder
1 packet Vanilla Sugar
200 ml Milk
200 ml Heavy cream
90 g Sugar
15 g Gelatine
Cooking methods:
Put almonds powder, sugars, milk and heavy cream in a mixing bowl, mix thoroughly together.
In a separate bowl, soak the gelatine in some cold water until dissolved. Leave away half water, and stir them in a saucepan over the low heat. Do not boil.
Then add it while still hot into the almond & milk mixtures and blend combined. Process custard in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instruction. Transfer to covered container and freeze until firm.
Serve with some chocolate or chocolate sauce.
