Red, White, and Blue Tofu

 Ingredients:

300 g (10 1/2 ounces) soft almond flavored dessert tofu
1/4 cup frozen or fresh red or blue berries, as desired

Cooking methods:

  1. Remove the soft tofu from its package and drain off the excess water.
  2. Process the soft tofu and berries in a blender. Pour into dessert glasses. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
A blend of red and blue berries and soft almond flavored tofu combine to make a quick and easy Memorial Day dessert. Feel free to top with chocolate sprinkles, coconut flakes, toasted sesame seeds, or your own favorite topping.
