Stir-fried Eggs With Onions

 

In chinese food, this is a homemade dishes
Ingredients:
1 pc/150 g Yellow onion
3-4 pcs Eggs
10 g Spring onion, chopped
¼ tsp Chicken powder
Pinch of white pepper powder
1/3 tsp Salt
1/3 tsp Maggie sauce
3 tbsp Salad oil
Cooking methods:
Peel and slice onions thinly. Whisk the eggs and flavour with chicken powder, pepper and pinch of salt.
Heat up a skillet with oil. Pour in egg mixture. When the mixture is slightly set, stir them into pieces with the cooking spatula. Add in sliced onions, continuing to stir. Flavour with salt, Maggie sauce and chopped spring onion. Stir until the yellow onions cooked and transparent.
