SPICY GARLIC EGGPLANT (Chinese Style)

Ingredients:
Eggplant 350 g [12 oz/about 2 pieces] [cut into strips] Minced pork 90 g Sauce For Spicy Garlic Eggplant 1 pack [80 g/2.8 oz] Cooking methods:
1. Deep-fry eggplant in hot oil or cook in boiling water. 2. Stir-fry minced pork in 1 tbsp oil until done. Add Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Spicy Garlic Eggplant and eggplant. Stir well until heated through.
