Stir Fry Beef With Green Bean Spout And Chive

In chinese food, this is a very famous dishes
Ingredients:
Beef 150 g
Trimmed Green Bean Spout 400 g
Chive 75 g
Shredded Ginger 10 g (3 slices)
Seasoning
Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1/3 tbsp
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Water 1/2 tbsp
Oil 1/2 tbsp
Sauce
Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Salt and Sugar 1/3 tbsp
Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Water 3 tbsp
Corn Flour 1 tbsp
Pepper and Sesame Oil some
    
Cooking methods:
1) Wash chive, then cut into short sections
2) Wash beef and shred, marinate with seasoning for 10 minutes
3) Wash and drain green bean spout
4) Heat wok with 1 tbsp of oil, add green bean spouts and stir fry
5) Add 1 tbsp of water while green bean spouts turn soft
6) Stir fry until cook, dish up and drain dry
7) Heat wok with 3 tbsp of oil, add shredded ginger while oil is heat
8) Add marinated beef and stir fry for a while, add chive
9) Stir fry for a while, add in green bean spouts, stir well
10) Pour in sauce, keep stirring, dish up when sauce dry, serve      
Notes 
tbsp = table spoon
If salt is added to marinate the beef, it will makes the beef hard and dry
