
Ingredients:
Side Pork 400 grams
Ginger
Onion
rice flavor 25 grams
sweet flour sauce 40 grams
25 grams sugar
Directions:
1. To wash Side Pork, cut into a length of 10 cm and a thickness of 0.5 per cent of the block.
2. The green onions and ginger into fine filaments.
2. Add rice flavor, sweet flour sauce, sugar, ginger and green onions evenly stirred into steamed Bamboo steamer to 5 hours.
