Lotus seed congee with lychees and Huai Shan

Ingredients:
10 dried lychees (shelled and seeded)
15g Huai Shan
12 glotus seeds
38g rice
150g chicken meat
8g dried tangerine peel
Cooking methods:
Rinse all ingredients. Soak rice in water, and set aside.
Add Huai Shan, lotus seeds, dried lychees and dried tangerine peel into a pot with 6 bowls of water. Bring to the boil and put in soaked rice, chicken. Cook over low heat until it reduced to 1 bowl. Serve.
