Bean Sprout And Pork Soup

Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
8 Ounces Pork -- In Strips
8 Ounces Bean Sprouts
2 Cups Pork Or Chicken Stock
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoon Sugar
Salt And Pepper -- To Taste
Cooking methods:
Heat oil and saute pork until well browned. Add sprouts, saute for 30 seconds. Add stock. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Season with soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
