Stir fried fresh purslane with sou bean sprouts

Ingredients:
100 g fresh purslane
228 g soy bean sprouts
150 g chicken meat 10
10 g ginger
salt
sesame oil
Cooking methods:
1. Rinse and cut purslane into sections. Set aside.
2. Stit fry soy bean sprouts in vegetable oil briefly. Add a little water and cook until the sprouts are 70% done.
3. Add purslane, chicken meat, ginger and stir until done. Season with salt and sprinkle sesame oil on top. Serve.
